Brisbane Cricket Center Website Design

The Problem

Brisbane Cricket Center provides cricket nets for all the cricketers in Brisbane and surrounding suburbs. The BCC director Mr. Nick Perera reach out to crazore to design the website for his brand new facility. He is a reputed cricket coach in the area and he already had a cricket community around him. So he wanted to have a website with an online booking system that he and his team can manage easily. He also wanted to collect the details of the players that hire the nets from BCC which he can use later on for remarketing purposes. BCC also offers private cricket coaching for younger cricketers and he wanted to manage all the appointments under one system so the BCC can manage the time accordingly.

The Solution

The BCC opened on 16 th November 2021. As Mr. Nick had a Cricket community around him all we had to do is give a better user experience for them. We were able to design and build an amazing new website for the BCC! We took the following actions to improve the user experience,

• Fast loading website
• Easy navigation
• Make the information and layout as simple as possible
• The players can book the nets easily. They have to create an account on the BCC system. Once they create an account they can use the same account to do the bookings.
• Add the manual booking option if a customer wants to make a booking via call. Then they can contact the BCC team and make the booking.
• Made the booking process simple and easier.
• We also added gift cards option to the website. So the customers can purchase gift cards for their loved ones.
