Terms And Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Crazore Digital Services LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operating the website crazore.com (the “Website”). By engaging our services or using our Website, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
We provide WordPress website design and development services, digital marketing services, and design services, which may include but are not limited to website design, website maintenance, search engine optimization (SEO), social media management, paid advertising management, presentation design, graphic design, printed material design, and related ongoing management services (the “Services”). The specific scope of Services for each engagement will be agreed upon in a separate proposal, quotation, or service agreement.
2. Fees and Payment
- Many of our Services are provided on a recurring monthly management fee basis, typically ranging from USD $150 to USD $800 per month (or the equivalent in AUD or EUR), depending on the scope and combination of Services selected. Certain Services, such as one-off design or printed material projects, may instead be charged as a fixed project fee.
- The exact monthly fee will be specified in your individual proposal or service agreement.
- Monthly fees are billed in advance and are due on the agreed billing date each month.
- All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed recurring fee.
- Fees are quoted and charged in US Dollars (USD), Australian Dollars (AUD), or Euros (EUR), as specified in your individual proposal or service agreement. You are responsible for any currency conversion charges, bank fees, or applicable taxes.
- Late or failed payments may result in suspension of Services until the outstanding amount is settled.
3. Recurring Billing and Authorization
Where Services are provided on a subscription or recurring basis, you authorize us (through Stripe) to automatically charge your chosen payment method the recurring monthly fee until the agreement is cancelled in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your payment details current.
4. Cancellation
Either party may cancel the ongoing monthly Services by providing 30 days’ written notice via email to info@crazore.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You remain responsible for any fees accrued up to the effective cancellation date.
5. Refund Policy
Because our Services involve ongoing work and time already invested, monthly management fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at info@crazore.com within 7 days and we will review the matter in good faith. Any refunds, where granted, are issued through Stripe to the original payment method.
6. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide timely access to accounts, content, materials, and approvals reasonably needed for us to perform the Services.
- You confirm that any content you provide (text, images, logos, etc.) does not infringe the rights of any third party.
- You are responsible for maintaining your own backups, login credentials, and third-party accounts unless expressly agreed otherwise.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, except for any third-party assets, themes, plugins, or licensed materials, which remain subject to their respective licenses. We retain the right to display work produced for you in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Third-Party Services
Our Services may rely on third-party platforms and tools (such as WordPress, hosting providers, advertising platforms, and Stripe). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. We do not guarantee specific results from marketing or SEO activities, as outcomes depend on factors outside our control. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Services in the one month preceding the claim.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering or receiving the Services.
11. International Clients and Data
We serve clients in the United States, Europe, Australia, and elsewhere. By engaging our Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with its own terms and security standards.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts located in Missouri.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
